Shipping:

We ship worldwide! YAY!

Orders are typically arriving within 10-12 business days

(Excluding weekends and holidays, not including the date of order).

 

Exchanges and return policy:

We believe in sustaining our planet by doing our best at reducing excessive production. That is why we print your Shapless vase only after the order is placed, just for you!

In that case and according to the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation) 2010: We DO NOT accept any exchange or return of the goods unless the product is damaged upon arrival, in that case, please contact us at ORTALSACHS@GMAIL.COM  within 3 days of getting your order and we will get it sorted out for you.

 

Changing shipping address or canceling orders:

Just send an email to ORTALSACHS@GMAIL.COM  with your order number and/or new address with in 1 hour of placing your order, and we will modify your order accordingly. Your orders are processed quickly, therefore we cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled or that the shipping address will be changed.

 

Duties and Taxes charges 

Duties and Taxes charges may apply at the discretion of customs. These charges differ from one country to the other; compliance with the law as regulated at the customer’s designated country is his responsibility alone, ORTAL SACHS shall not be held responsible in any way.

Cases where shipped orders were held in Customs due to refused VAT payments by customers may lead to sent-back orders, shipped back to ORTAL SACHS warehouse. Should that be the case,ORTAL SACHS shall refund the purchase while charging for both outgoing and returning shipping fees, which will be deducted from the refund total.
